Care or Care Plus? Neither plan has a monthly cap on changes. Care covers routine text, photo, and event updates, done within 3 business days. Care Plus adds larger changes, like new sections or page redesigns, plus faster turnaround: within 1 business day.
- 3-month minimum. After that, your plan renews month to month automatically, unless you switch to quarterly or yearly billing.
- To cancel, email us at least 30 days ahead. A prepaid quarter or year runs to the end of the period you paid for, with no refund for unused time.
- The only discounts are for paying quarterly or yearly up front.
- Annual price adjustment: prices may rise 3–7% a year, tied to inflation (CPI). We'll email you at least 30 days before any change, and you can cancel at no charge. A prepaid quarter or year isn't re-priced partway through. Full terms are in the service agreement.

We confirm the package, any add-ons, and the timeline in writing. Nothing starts until you say yes. For a Rebuild, the first half is due at the start.

We agree on the pages and the words. Send your own text, or add copywriting.

Build, with you in the loop.
You get a private preview link and see the site as it comes together.

Review and launch.
You check everything, we make the agreed changes, and the site goes live with your old addresses redirected.

After launch.
Rebuilds get 30 days of fixes and the first month of Care free. After that, Care or Care Plus keeps the site hosted, updated, monitored, and fast.

Case study: Pacing for the Cure launching soon
The charity: Pacing for the Cure is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit rooted in the harness racing community. It helps people living with MS, ALS, cerebral palsy, Parkinson's disease, and rheumatoid arthritis pay for mobility equipment and medical services.
The project: a new site replacing the charity's old site, with giving and applications handled on the site itself.
What we built:
- Donations on the site. One-time and monthly gifts through secure online checkout, with a choice of fund, an option to direct the gift (such as scooters or MS research), gifts in honor or memory of someone, and email receipts.
- Fund progress. Each active fund shows how much it has raised toward its goal.
- Sponsorship checkout. Sponsors choose a package and pay online, and each package lists its estimated value and tax-deductible amount.
- Help application. A five-step application for mobility equipment and services, with a medical letter upload, privacy notes, and encrypted storage of sensitive information.
- Volunteer, story, and contact forms. Volunteers sign up by interest and availability, people submit their stories for review before anything is published, and messages are sorted by topic.
- A team area. A sign-in area where the charity's team reviews applications, giving, sponsors, and volunteers.
- The archive carried over. Events, stories, sponsors, and research pages moved from the old site, with redirects for old addresses.

How much does it cost?
Site Refresh is $750 flat. Site Rebuild is $2,500, paid half up front and half at launch. Care is $250/month ($710/quarter or $2,500/year paid up front), and Care Plus is $450/month ($1,280/quarter or $4,500/year). Both include hosting and have a 3-month minimum, then renew month to month. Care prices may rise 3–7% a year, tied to CPI, with at least 30 days' email notice and the option to cancel at no charge. The Site + Aerial Package (a Rebuild plus a drone shoot) is $2,750. Add-ons are listed above. Larger sites and web apps are quoted in writing.
How long does it take?
A Refresh takes 1–2 weeks and a Rebuild takes 3–5 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly we get your text and photos, and your quote confirms the dates.
Should I refresh or rebuild?
If your site's layout still works and it just needs fixing and speeding up, start with a Refresh. If it's hard to update, looks dated, or doesn't do what you need, a Rebuild makes more sense.
Do I own the site?
Yes. Whether we refresh your current site or rebuild it, you own the site, the code, your domain, and your accounts.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. You can do the whole thing by email. If you'd rather talk, say so on the form.
Can you replace my current site without breaking old links?
Yes. Every Rebuild includes redirects from your old page addresses, so bookmarks and search results still work.
Can my site take payments or donations?
Yes. Secure online payments are a $250 add-on. Bigger setups, like donations with multiple funds or sponsorship checkout, are quoted.
Who writes the words?
You can send your own text, or add copywriting for $100 per page.

What about forms that collect personal information?
We collect only what you need, add a privacy page that says what's collected, and protect sensitive fields. For example, the Pacing for the Cure application form encrypts its data.
